Paragraph 1
What is the one problem with most lunchrooms? Most teens are eating nothing but sugar, and more sugar. An article written by scholastic, Sugar Free School, has shed much light on the subject. Some districts are trying to ban the consumption of sugary products such as pop and candy. This sugar problem has caused obesity, lack of physical energy, and lack of mentality. If schools want to get anything done, they will have to ban the eating of "junk food".

Paragraph 2
The “Crime” of Bullying
“I didn't want to wake up. I was having a much better time asleep. And that's really sad. It was almost like a reverse nightmare, like when you wake up from a nightmare you're so relieved. I woke up into a nightmare.” This quote from Ned Vizzini’s It Kind of A Funny Story shows the daily impact bullying can have on a person, even to the point of suicide. Bullying is a topic recently emphasized by the American media, especially when it is followed by an act of suicide. In these cases, some people even classify it as murder. The main topics to argue are: Is bulling a crime? If so, how should those who are bullying be punished? And what laws already in place penalize those who bully?. Bullying is morally wrong behavior, but is not a criminal act.
